WHO IS JOHN MICHAEL?

John J. Zobro, and Michael Cruty Sr., are two individuals who dedicated their professional lives to Quality Management. You will not find their names in a book, or on the Internet, but both men dedicated their professions to the pursuit of excellence. John J. Zobro was a very hard working furniture foreman in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Michael Cruty Sr., was a conscientious tool and die maker in Binghamton, New York. It is because of their dedication to quality that our company proudly bears their names.

HISTORY

The John Michael Personnel Group, Inc., began operations in Chattanooga, Tennessee in June of 1988. The company is an aggressive and successful participant in National Personnel Associates, a worldwide placement cooperative of 385 Executive Search Firms headquartered in Kentwood, Michigan.

Emery J. Zobro, CPC., President of the firm holds an undergraduate degree from Aquinas College of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and attended Law School at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. Since 1994, and on two separate occasions, he has been awarded the annual distinction of being the most successful consultant in National Personnel Associates, consisting of 1300+ associates. He is the recipient of NPA's Double Platinum Award, which at the time was the highest designation for cumulative placement billings.

The company has also received national recognition for being a key player in the recruitment and placement of Purchasing, Materials Management, Manufacturing Management and Logistics Professionals. Emery J. Zobro has served as a member of the NPA (National Personnel Associates) Board of Directors and was a Regional Vice President for Southeastern Operations.
